INGREDIENTS
- 16 ounce can chickpeas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 375º.
- Open the can of chickpeas, drain and rinse. Dry off on a towel.
- In a small bowl, toss the chickpeas with the olive oil. Then add the ranch seasoning. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and spread out the chickpeas. Place in the oven and cook for 45 minutes, or until chickpeas are crunchy. If they are still soft, cook a little bit longer.
