INGREDIENTS
- 1 very ripe banana
- Mix-in(s): We used 2 tablespoons of 60% cacao chips. Other ideas would be peanut butter, strawberries, honey, raspberries, blueberries, coconut. Really just about anything you would like.
DIRECTIONS
- Cut the banana into 1/2 inch pieces. Separate and put on a plate. Cover with foil and put it in the freezer. I usually do this the night before so we don't have to wait for them to freeze. If you haven't done that, let them freeze for about an hour.
- In a food processor or heavy-duty blender, pulse the bananas with the topping(s) for about a minute, or until the bananas start to come together.
- Enjoy!
