INGREDIENTS
- 3-4 avocados
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup low-fat sour cream
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
DIRECTIONS
- Peel and scoop out the avocado. Smash with a fork until desired consistency.
