INGREDIENTS
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (frozen or thawed)
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 16 ounces salsa
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 4 flour tortillas
DIRECTIONS
- Place frozen (or thawed) chicken in crock-pot.
- Sprinkle onions over chicken. Add taco seasoning, salsa, and corn.
- Let cook for 3 hours (thawed chicken) to 6 hours (frozen chicken).
- When chicken is cooked, shred and place back in salsa mixture.
- Serve on tortillas with desired toppings such as lettuce, sour cream, cheddar cheese.
