INGREDIENTS
- 15 ounce can garbanzo beans
- 1/8 cup olive oil
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeds removed and chopped
- 1 large garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Place all ingredients, except for the salt and pepper, into a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper to your taste.
- Serve with pita chips, crackers, veggies, or bread.
